My Story
My story- It's a lot like yours! It's had its ups and downs, but my husband and I do have one large struggle that sadly more couples have than most know! We struggle with infertility.
I became a Scentsy consulant after meeting a couple other consultants who are so very awesome and welcoming and made me feel at home! I saw how much fun they were having and how they were helping to provide for their familes as wives and moms!
I needed a way to work from home (to stay home with my daughter) and to help us save for our next step in life! That next step was one we had sadly walked before... Infertility treatments, endless: medicines, self administered injections, bloodwork, appointments, ultrasounds, misscarriages, surgeries, just to be told month after month "Sorry, it didn't work this month". We had decent insurance the first go around and were blessed with our beautiful daugther via IUI. Now shes old enough that we and she, are ready to add a sibling to our family! We had received more bad news, putting even more odds against us and it's just heart breaking for us. Luckily my amazing husband came across the opportunity to take a new job that offered IVF coverage for the next big step that we needed! We completed our IVF cycle in August of 2018, and after a failed transfer, a failed cycle, the third attempt/transfer was successful! We will be welcoming a little baby boy in September/October of this year! We are thrilled to have a miracle on the way! Without the extra income of Scentsy we wouldn't be where we are today, because even with insurance "coverage" it has still been an extremely expensive process that we are still making payments on! I was introduced to Scentsy years ago by my aunt! The first bar she gave me was Blueberry Cheesecake..... still to this day one of my all time favorites!
